李龙,男,博士,副教授,硕士生导师,大连理工大学工学博士,上海交通大学博士后,香港城市大学访问学者,山东省优秀青年创新团队发展计划“可持续城市基础设施建设”团队负责人。研究方向包括基础设施可持续发展、工程社会责任与创新管理、新型建筑工业化、数字化转型等。主持山东省优秀青年创新团队发展计划支持项目、中国博士后科学基金面上项目、山东省自然科学基金青年项目,参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划项目、香港研究资助局优配研究项目等多项科研课题。
以第一/通讯作者在国际学术期刊及会议发表论文30余篇,包括Journal of Construction Engineering and Management, Engineering Construction and Architectural Management, Journal of Civil Engineering and Management, Developments in the Built Environment, Journal of Cleaner Production, Journal of Green Building, Journal of Environmental Management, International Symposium on Advancement of Construction Management and Real Estate等。现为中国城市经济学会基础设施与运维管理专业委员会委员、中华建设管理研究会青年委员、中国建筑学会工程管理分会青年委员以及多个权威国际SCI/SSCI学术期刊审稿人。
具有管理科学与工程学科、工程管理专业领域的研究与学习经历(大连理工大学工学博士|工程管理;上海交通大学博士后|管理科学与工程;香港城市大学访问学者|工程管理;青岛理工大学管理学硕士|管理科学与工程;青岛理工大学工学学士|工程造价)。参编《先进建造与管理导论》、《建筑工业化概论》、《住宅产业化论》、《建设工程施工管理》、《SI体系住宅工业化建造指南》等学术专著与国家规划教材。学习期间曾获得多项国家级、省部级学术奖励和荣誉(博士研究生国家奖学金、硕士研究生国家奖学金、辽宁省优秀毕业生、大连理工大学优秀毕业生、大连理工大学优秀研究生、山东省研究生优秀科技创新成果奖等)。
指导的多名管理科学与工程学术型硕士研究生和土木水利专业型硕士研究生考取了国家“双一流”高校博士研究生、获硕士研究生国家奖学金、山东省优秀毕业生、山东省优秀研究生干部等综合奖励和荣誉,获建设管理与房地产发展国际学术研讨会Outstanding Paper Award(CRIOCM2023)、Merit Paper Award(CRIOCM2022)。指导多名本科生推免或考取了国家“双一流”高校硕士研究生,入围建设工程与管理创新竞赛(ICCEM2021)全球前20,获全国高等学校BIM毕业设计创新大赛国家级奖励,获青岛理工大学优秀毕业论文等奖励,指导的本科生班级获优良学风标兵班荣誉称号。
