李龙,男,副教授,硕士生导师,大连理工大学博士,上海交通大学博士后,香港城市大学访问学者,山东省优秀青年创新团队发展计划“可持续城市基础设施建设”团队带头人。任工程造价党支部书记、土木水利学位点主任,学术委员会委员。获“青岛理工大学先进工作者”等荣誉称号。

科学研究:
研究关注于基础设施可持续发展、工程可持续建设管理、建筑工业化、智能决策、数字化转型。围绕上述方向,主持教育部人文社会科学研究项目、山东省高校优秀青年创新团队计划项目、中国博士后科学基金项目、山东省自然科学基金项目等课题,参与国家自然科学基金重大及面上项目、香港研究资助局优配研究项目及国家重点研发计划项目等课题。在Journal of Construction Engineering and Management、Engineering Construction and Architectural Management、Journal of Civil Engineering and Management、Journal of Environmental Management、Developments in the Built Environment、Journal of Green Building、Journal of Cleaner Production等期刊发表论文40余篇。
学术兼职:
任中国城市经济学会基础设施运维与管理专业委员会委员、中华建设管理研究会青年委员、中国建筑学会工程管理分会青年委员、《工程管理学报》《项目管理技术》期刊青年编委及多个学术期刊的通讯评审人或客座编辑。

研究生培养:指导管理科学与工程、土木水利、工程管理专业硕士研究生,多人考取了国家“双一流”高校博士研究生,赴境外高水平学校交流访学联合培养,获“硕士研究生国家奖学金”“山东省优秀毕业生”等综合奖励和荣誉,获“CRIOCM Outstanding Paper Award”等科研奖励。
本科生培养:指导的本科生毕业班获评为“山东省高校先进班集体”和“青岛理工大学优良学风标兵班”;指导的多名本科生推免或考取了国家“双一流”高校硕士研究生,获学科竞赛国家级奖励及“青岛理工大学优秀毕业论文一等奖”等。
